LWC Ministry Values

1. Excellence in Ministry

"Oh Lord, Our Lord, how excellent is your name in all the earth" (Psalm 8:1).

The psalmist proclaims that the Lord's name is excellent in all the earth! As a ministry team we strive for excellence in all that we do. 

This does differ from 'perfectionism,' where nothing is ever good enough. This leads to criticalness or nitpicking. Instead, what we mean by excellence is that each member is prepared to give the best that they can unto Lord in service. 

2. Communication in Ministry

A team is only as good as it's communication. Each team and its members will commit to a primary form and schedule of communication. All ministry team members also commit to remain in weekly communication with LWC by email. Weekly emails are sent by LWC so that all ministry team members are well informed and may help inform those they minister too.

3. Faithfulness in Ministry

Ministry is pleasing to the Lord only through faith. Faithfulness is the action of faith
