CHILDREN'S MINISTRY TEAM DESCRIPTION

The Children’s ministry (CM) primary goal is to provide a safe, fun and caring ministry where the Gospel truth of the Bible can be learned and the love of God is demonstrated.

Accountability

·      Member is directly accountable to his/her assigned CM leader and/or director.

·      Member is ultimately accountable to senior pastor.

Qualification

·      Member is clearly called to serve on the CM team according to the F.A.T.E (Faithful, Available, Trainable & Example) matrix.

·      Member is clearly in unity of the vision of LWFC.

·      Member is able to use  gifts in harmony with leader/director and team.

·      Member has completed and passed background check. The background check must be made every three years.

Requirements

·      Member agrees to the Public Ministry Commitment of LWFC.

·      Member is in regular e-mail contact with LWFC.

·      Member participates in the communication plan of the ministry team as established by leader/director.
